Surrounded by mountains

All rooms at Cendevaves face the Sassolungo massif and the sunny side of life. Large panoramic windows bring the mountains almost within reach.

I satisfy my hunger in the new breakfast lounge on the upper floor, but I'll never lose my appetite for the Val Gardena mountains outside the windows.

In summer I am surrounded by lush green alpine meadows, in winter I am right next to lifts and cross-country ski trails. At Monte Pana, the car can stay still while the ideas for sporting activities never stop coming.

My panorama hotel in the Dolomites is at an altitude of 1,650 metres - high enough to come down. There's nothing here to distract me. The hustle and bustle stays in the valley.

Even after the sun sinks below the sea of summits, it's worth taking a look towards to the sky. On the high plateau of Monte Pana, the light pollution is so low that I can see millions of stars.
