As I drive up from Santa Cristina to the high plateau, I realise: here is where I will find the peace and quiet that I longed for. Every curve brings me closer to my hotel on Monte Pana in Val Gardena, and I leave the noise and hustle and bustle of everyday life further behind me. Having reached an altitude of 1,650 metres, I find myself in a privileged, secluded location at the foot of the Sassolungo and at the heart of the hiking and skiing area.
Our guests can travel by train to Brixen, Klausen or Bozen, from there by bus to St. Christina (bus stop St. Christina/Rathaus-Municipio). You can find the bus timetables here.
